Who We Are

Donna & Kirby Smith founded Refreshing Streams in the Fall of 2022, when Donna began her Doctor of Ministry degree program through the Global Awakening Theological Seminary. Our focus is emotional healing, equipping, and deliverance, both one-on-one and in small groups.

Our events or personal ministry options are available for both ONLINE and IN-PERSON. Most of our in-person events are held in our home, creating an informal and loving environment to bring healing and wholeness. Below are a few photos taken at past events in our home.

BIO

Donna L.H. Smith is a published author and ministry leader. She has been healed and delivered of rejection and generational issues and seeks to help others remove hindrances to God in their lives so they can live more abundantly. She earned her Master of Divinity with a Ministry Concentration from Global Awakening Theological Seminary (GATS) in 2022and completed her Doctor of Ministry degree from GATS in 2025.
