God is always speaking – are we listening? If, in certain seasons, we can’t hear His voice, it usually means He is drawing us closer and deeper into a relationship with Him. He is speaking, but His voice becomes quieter and quieter until it appears we can’t hear Him at all.
We wonder where He is. We wonder how long this will last. We may feel anxious or worse. The enemy would have us discouraged and wishes us to give up the fight. As someone who has had to fight for life when I was a baby because I had one illness after another and had to deal with severe pronation in my left foot, plus persecution in school for various reasons, God made me a fighter. That’s why I’m still fighting for God’s will in my life at an age when many have “retired.” I have nothing to “retire” from – so I continue to see what God has in store for me.
I encourage you to do the same. Kirby & I have been taking Prophetic Company’s Activate Certified Trainer Year One since January (it continues until October), and it has been so encouraging. We practice every week with time limits and with people from all over the country and the world. We have received and given some very encouraging and uplifting words from the Lord. In these troubled times, it’s important to draw near.
