It’s almost hard to believe, but I’ve been married thirty years. Wow! To the most wonderful and precious man in all the world––for me! I’ve talked about him before on this blog, but I want to especially share him with you this week. Last Tuesday, I talked about my sister.
This week, I’m talking about my husband.

A “mirror moment” is the middle of your story. Usually, when we think of this, it’s for the Lead character, and it helps to change them from where they started, to where they end up. An antagonist also has a “mirror moment.” When he or she makes a decision to change for the worse, instead of for the better. Click to Tweet #amwriting #writefromthemiddle

I’m sitting here at the outside table with my SISTER! One I didn’t even know I had until March of this this year. #sistersmeetingfor1sttime
This is an amazing experience for me. I grew up with an older brother, also adopted.

Do you reflect on how you’ve gotten to where you are? I do. Our characters should. That’s the “mirror moment.” When they “literally” take a look at themselves and try to figure out what happened. How did they get here? Decisions they made have now brought them to a low point in their story. They’re ready for their “mirror moment.” Click to Tweet #amwriting #writefromthemiddle
Thanks from a Grateful Heart –– All Year Round

It’s wonderful that we pause every fourth Thursday of November to be thankful. We have a lovely holiday. A time to get together with friends and family. But I’m of the opinion we should cultivate a thankful heart for every day. We hear that we should keep Christmas every day…why not Thanksgiving? It doesn’t mean we eat turkey and dressing every day, it means we remember to be thankful for what blessings we do have. Click to Tweet #thanksgivingeveryday #thankfulheart #gratitudeattitude
